We liaise with your Real Estate Property Manager/Tennant to organise an inspection time and date suitable to both your tenant and our surveyor. The property is then measured, surveyed and photographed to determine both age and quality of building and fitments. Using the information compiled from this survey CMR produce a tax depreciation schedule for your investment property.
You get two easy to read reports, written over 10 years, using both Prime Cost method & diminishing method as well as the capital building allowance (section 43). This report is signed off by a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor who is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
